Jenna is a life long equestrian who manages her first leased 25 acre facility with 3 lovely boarders & their horses. As the founder of JMP Equestrian Management Services, Ms. Prosceno seeks to add more equestrian properties to her management portfolio by the end of 2018. JMP Equine’s first major project since the establishment of The Co-op @ Chadds Ford, is drafting a proposal and seeking grant funding to re-establish the City of Wilmington Police Mounted Patrol. This endeavor will bring old fashion community policing to a city in need, and will be budget conscious to the tax payer by, in part, using rescued and retrained horses who demonstrate an eagerness to be a police officer.
Ms. Prosceno is a wife to Michael Prosceno, a talented artist and rising spoken word performer, and mother of 5 year old Dylan Prosceno. Jenna has a degree in Criminal Justice as well as her paralegal certificate. She is extremely active in civic associations in her community.
